These programs are for the person who is done guessing and ready to actually find out what's going on. If you value real data over generic advice and understand that meaningful healing takes time, you're exactly who I built this for.

The clients who thrive here are the ones who are ready to be an active part of their own healing. The ones who are curious about their bodies, open to the process, and excited to finally have real answers. If that sounds like you, you're in the right place.

For those in the Core Healing or VIP Concierge programs, you'll have my ongoing support, guidance, and presence throughout the entire journey. For those starting with the Minimum Package, you'll leave with real answers and a clear personalized starting point to carry forward on your own terms.

If you've been dismissed, told your labs are normal, or handed solutions that never quite fit, this is where that changes. You deserve better and we both know it.

Is this the right fit for me?

How do I know this will actually work for me?

I'll be honest with you. I can't guarantee a specific outcome and I'd be skeptical of anyone who does. What I can tell you is that most of my clients come to me having already tried everything. The standard system, the restrictive diets, the generic advice. And what was missing every single time was someone actually looking at the full picture of them.

Your results depend on your commitment and your willingness to show up for yourself throughout this process. This isn't a quick fix and I'll never pretend it is. But what I can guarantee is that I will show up for you completely. Every session, every message, every protocol is built around you specifically. Your goals become my goals the moment you say yes.

If you've felt dismissed, overlooked, or handed a solution that never quite fit, I'd invite you to read what past clients have experienced. Their words will tell you more than mine ever could.

What if I’ve already tried everything?

Good. That actually tells me a lot about you. It tells me you're not someone who gives up easily, that you care deeply about feeling better, and that you've been let down by a system that wasn't designed to find what we're looking for.

The difference here is that we're not guessing. We're not repeating what's already been tried. We start with your labs, your full history, and your specific picture and we build from real data. What you've tried before becomes part of the story, not the whole story.

Most of my clients come to me as a last resort. They've done the diets, the doctors, the supplements off of Instagram. And what was missing every single time wasn't effort. It was answers. That's exactly what we're here to find.

Your doctor has about seven minutes with you. They're looking for what's wrong enough to treat, not what's subtly off enough to matter. If your labs fall within the standard range, you're sent home with a clean bill of health even if you feel anything but. A prescription might follow, but rarely an explanation.

A conventional dietitian, as wonderful as many are, is often working within the same system. Limited time, general guidelines, and a one size fits all approach to nutrition.

What we do here is different from the ground up. We start with actually understanding you. Your full history, your symptoms, your patterns, your life. From there we use advanced functional testing to find real answers so we're never just guessing what might help. Your protocol is built entirely around your body and what your labs actually show, not a template pulled from a shelf.

There are no band-aid solutions and no cookie cutter recommendations. Nutrition and lifestyle become the tools we use to support real lasting healing and every step builds on the last as your body responds.
This is what it looks like when someone finally takes the whole picture seriously.

What kind of health conditions do you help with?

How is this different from seeing a regular doctor or dietitian?

How do I know this will actually work for me?

What if I’ve already tried everything?

The short answer is a lot. Common conditions I work with include IBS, IBD, H. pylori, SIBO, candida, parasites, mold toxicity, PCOS, estrogen dominance, low testosterone, hypothyroidism, acne, eczema, amenorrhea, rheumatoid arthritis, fatigue, anxiety, and more.

Many clients come to me with a mix of symptoms and no clear answer as to what's actually causing them. That's exactly what we're here to find. And just as often I work with clients who feel relatively well but want to be proactive about staying that way.

If you're not sure whether your concern is something I can help with, I'd love for you to take a look at the full list of conditions I treat or book a strategy call and we can talk it through together.

How is this different from seeing a regular doctor or dietitian?

How do I know this will actually work for me?

Will you help me lose weight?

What if I’ve already tried everything?

Yes, and here's how I think about it. Weight is rarely just about food and exercise. More often it's about what's happening underneath. Hormones, gut health, blood sugar, stress, sleep. When we address those root causes, weight loss tends to follow naturally as a side effect of your body actually functioning the way it's supposed to.

I don't promote rapid or restrictive approaches because they don't work long term and they don't honor your body. What I focus on instead is helping you build sustainable habits that support your overall health, your energy, your hormones, and your relationship with food. Feeling good in your body is always the goal. A healthy weight is part of that picture.

For clients where weight loss is a primary concern, we absolutely address it. But we do it in a way that's safe, personalized, and built to last.

Absolutely not. No calorie counting, no macro tracking, no fad diets. That's not what we do here and it's not what actually works long term.

My approach is about adding in — more nourishing foods, more knowledge, more confidence around eating. If a food sensitivity shows up in your testing we'll address it, but I'll always make sure you have delicious swaps that feel like anything but a sacrifice. Food is still supposed to be enjoyable. That never changes.

Because honestly, what's life without a little fun in it?

Great question and something I get asked a lot. I don't hand over a rigid meal plan on day one and here's why. In my experience they rarely create the lasting change my clients deserve. The moment you're off one, you're lost. Real life is flexible and I want you to enjoy food, say yes to dinner out, and never feel like you're white knuckling it through someone else's grocery list.

What I do instead is teach you. We work through nutrition together in our sessions, collaboratively building meals that actually fit your life, your schedule, your culture, and your taste buds. Along the way you'll have recipes, meal planning guides, and sample plans as a reference point to lean on while you build that confidence.

My goal is that long after our program ends you'll have the knowledge and the confidence to nourish yourself without needing anyone to tell you how. That kind of food freedom is what we're really working toward together.

Testing is at the heart of everything I do and here's why. Symptoms alone can only tell us so much. Without data, we're making educated guesses. With data, we have a roadmap. We know exactly what's happening inside your body, why it's happening, and what to do about it.

Every single one of my services includes at least one functional lab because I believe you deserve real answers, not assumptions. If you already have recent labs from another provider I'm happy to review those as part of your intake. Nothing goes to waste.

That said, all testing is selected intentionally based on your specific symptoms and clinical picture. You will never be over tested or charged for something that isn't clinically necessary.

I use advanced functional labs that go far beyond what your doctor typically orders. These aren't your standard bloodwork panels. They give us a deep, detailed picture of what's actually going on inside your body.

Testing I commonly use includes the GI-MAP (a detailed map of your gut health), the DUTCH Test (a comprehensive hormone panel), Organic Acids Testing (a window into your metabolism, nutrient status, and mitochondrial function), MRT Food Sensitivity Testing (identifying foods that may be quietly driving inflammation), SIBO Testing (bacterial overgrowth in the small intestine that causes bloating and digestive chaos), Mycotoxin and Environmental Toxin Testing (mold and toxin exposure that most doctors never think to check), and full thyroid panels and comprehensive bloodwork.

Any additional testing beyond what is included is always clinically indicated, discussed with you in advance, and available at wholesale cost. Never just added without your knowledge.

Already have recent labs? I'm happy to review those as part of your intake too. Nothing goes to waste.

I don't, and it's a choice I made intentionally. When you work within the insurance system you're required to follow what insurance companies allow in terms of time, testing, and care. That level of restriction is exactly what leaves people feeling dismissed and underserved in the first place.

Working outside of that system means I get to give you my full attention, order the tests that actually matter for your specific situation, and spend real time understanding your story. This is a self-pay practice because that's what genuine, personalized care requires. Please note that I'm unable to provide superbills or CPT and diagnosis codes for insurance reimbursement. I understand this investment is not for everyone and that's completely okay.

I'm completing my Doctorate in Clinical Nutrition with a specialization in Integrative Health, a degree that goes far beyond what you'll find in a conventional nutrition or dietetics program. It's where functional medicine meets clinical science and it's the foundation of everything I do with my clients.

Before that, I became a Registered Dietitian and that distinction matters more than most people realize. An RD requires an accredited degree, 1,200 hours of supervised clinical training, and a national board exam. It's a licensed, protected credential regulated by the state. Anyone can call themselves a nutritionist. Not everyone is an RD.

My clinical training wasn't just a box to check. I trained across a hospital, a long-term care facility, and an eating disorder clinic and that last one was intentional. I also minored in Human Development and Family Studies because I've always believed the emotional relationship people have with food and their bodies is just as important as the science behind it. You can't separate the two.

Together this allows me to look at your symptoms from multiple angles, not just food, but physiology, behavior, and patterns, and build a plan that actually works for you.

Think of conventional medicine as asking "what is wrong?" Functional medicine asks "why is this happening in the first place?"

While traditional healthcare is largely focused on managing symptoms, functional medicine goes deeper. It looks at the whole person, how every system in your body connects, and what's actually driving your symptoms at the root level. Instead of a prescription to quiet things down, we use advanced lab testing, targeted nutrition, therapeutic supplements, and lifestyle strategies to address the cause so that healing is real and lasting.

Functional nutrition specifically applies this same philosophy through the lens of food, digestion, hormones, detoxification, stress, sleep, and nutrient status. It's evidence based and deeply personalized because no two bodies are the same and no two protocols should be either.
